Fully automatic hemming of waists of T-Shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, athletic shirts with stacking (optional). The operation is limited only to the insertion, this reduces the skill requirements of the operator to a minimum. The use of two automats with one operator is easily possible nevertheless the highest possible productivity and constant quality is guaranteed. The optimum hemming guide and the proven edge guiding ensure smooth operation. The use of a special sewing machine provides more thread in the seam and therefore high seam elasticity.

New option: Side seam turning system Automatic turning of 1 or 2 needle overlock side seams, particularly for t-shirts where it is especially required for both side seams to be turned towards the back of the garment. The turning system can be activated by stitch count or optionally through automatic detection of the side seam. It is not necessary to reduce the sewing speed at the point of turning the side seam. |
