Double head unit
For attaching elastic and simultaneously hemming automatically cutting and stacking. Mainly for open (flat) garments. Waist and leg openings on slips and briefs, swim- and sportswear.
Machine: 1-needle, 2- or 3-thread overlock machine for attaching elastic, hemming with 2-needle coverseam machine.
Programmable tension changing with accurate metering of elastic in the areas required.
Both operations are done by one operator at the same time.
