Integration of an ultrasonic cutting system into a single or double sided label printer. In addition to a complete system, an existing printer can also be used where this is equipped with an interface.
The label layout can be designed without restriction using intuitive PC software.
The ultrasonic cutting unit is mounted in exactly the same position as the original knife due to its special construction so no restriction of any functions. Existing label layout programs therefore do not have to be modified.
The optional label stacker operates with precision and reliability even at high speed. Maximum stacking height is 100 mm. Any static charge will be largely eliminated by an ionizing unit.

EST 51 control, modern, intuitive to use and cost-effective for precise coordination of printer and ultrasonic cutter.
Due to the new linear drive for the ultrasonic cutter, the complete HS C90C automation does not require compressed air. The cutting force and speed of the knife movement can be defined in the EST 51. More Information about the EST 51 control you will find here.
