Bonding of covering tape to an already existing seam
Absolutely flat seams due to tape tensions programmable by Metering Device, upper and lower feed rollers driven separately and therefore differentiable speed The external lower feed roller for smallest radius and to prevent clamping of the material Cutting the tape at the end of the article and re-feeding for the next article
The stop-start system allows to stop during the seam. Hot air is switched off to protect operator and material and is due to reserve air tank immediately available for further processing. Small and efficient blower that allows a clear view of the bonding area.
